I know you guys always side with the buyer, but will you, just at least this one time, base it off of each of our reputations and history here on paypal and ebay. I’ve had a paypal account for a while now, and I’ve had many successful transactions. I have a hundreds, maybe thousands of successful transactions on ebay (100% positive feedback), I've never failed to deliver.

I really think it's unfair because the buyer has little to no reputation on ebay and probably not much here on paypal either

What I'm trying to get at is, I think it's possible that the buyer may be a scammer, and they may have received the item, but said they didn't, so that they could get the money back

It is especially suspicious as it's an iphone, and it's something that a lot of scammers target

On a no receipt case we have to have the tracking. If it were SNAD or Unauth we might be able to do something. But we require our sellers to show proof the buyer got the item.

As far as the case goes, we require you to provide valid proof of delivery tracking. You did not do this. Regardless is the buyer is a scammer, you did not hold up your end of the deal.

Regardless, that is absolutely ridiculous. I know you don't make the rules, but if they were found to be a scammer, they scammed be, and paypal decided in their favor, shouldn't paypal have an obligation to me back?

You did not provide proof of delivery tracking to show you shipped the phone. If you would have done this we would have denied the buyers claim. There is nothing from your end showing you delivered the item to the buyer
