I am new here and I just want to know where my Tesla is… - Welcome to the waiting room, there is a good chance your new car is not built yet or if you are lucky it could be sat at a port or be at sea on the way to you. I am in Ireland, how will my car get shipped to me?- Cars for Ireland are shipped to Zeebrugge and then to Dublin.
VINs
When do VINs get allocated? - VINs are allocated normally after a ship leaves the port.
How do I know if I have a VIN? - You can check if you in have a VIN by first signing into your Tesla Account on a phone or computer, then click on this link.
EDD
My EDD keeps moving, is this normal - Never trust your EDD, this is an automated best guess which will keep moving around and sometimes just disappears. When you are allocated a vehicle the dates become accurate.
Delivery
I have received a request for final payment but I don’t have a VIN or collection date - There is no requirement to send your final payment until collection is confirmed.
