First MP3 is the WotW2 Tripod Horn, 2nd is girl saying DANGER! You can control her volume by using the volume slider on the audio playback element to get it down to subliminal. You could record this to an MPEG player or a tape recorder for playback in your truck or car on an external speaker wired under the hood. Be careful not to have it on near L.E.O. as they will stop you to investigate this high strangeness sound effect.

Put the HaD emblem on the front of your grill work or windshield to make the effect even better.
