Many battles past, and yet the main kingdoms still longed for the sensation of peace. A peace that could only be achieved with a ruler, a ruler of great strength, power and wisdom. For only a ruler whom was of the purest of hearts could justifiably rule these lands. Although, this ruler did not know what he were to become, a book waiting to be written by Ariel, the angel of Destiny, maybe she had a secret in store for this young’un. The boy blissfully continued on with his childhood as an unexpected youth, who would one day be feared by the darkest of evils. The legend tells of only one name who could conquer the darkness and bring peace to the land, and this young hero’s name is.. Arok.

“Hmph, I wonder where mum could be.. Mother?! Where are thou when I need you?“

“No response.. I wonder where she could possibly be? I should look around the house. Hall is empty. Kitchen is empty. Her room is empty? Where could she possibly be?” Young Arok aimlessly finds himself lunging towards the door, unknown to the fact that he was leaving the house unattended for the first time at such a tender age. He felt great, but was also scared of what lurked outside the familiar walls that he had grown so used to.

As he walked out, he was struck by tremendous gusts of winds that had managed to escape the purest of white light barriers that the gods had placed between the wilderness and the real world. Arok had heard tales of the wilderness, and only one simple phrase, “Never enter the wilderness”.Arok nevertheless proceeded on to find his mother, he stopped at the local lumberjack Joe and investigated the disappearance of his mother;

“Have you seen my mother sir?”

“I think I saw her heading into Evelyn's house to the south” Replied the lumberjack.

Arok made his way to his Evelyn's house, Arok already knew the way to Evelyn’s as she was his best friend and they would always play together in each other's houses, Evelyn like Arok, was of an Elvish order called the “the Calaquendi” the elves of the Calaquendi were light elves whom would fight for peace and would never harm another worldly being which would breathe like itself unless..it joined the darkness and its corruption.

Arok entered Evelyn’s home and walked over to the young Evelyn and nervously asked

“Have you seen mother Evelyn?”

Evelyn quietly replied “She just left, sorry Arok.” as Arok goes to turn for the door he hears a short sharp sound at the back of the room “Hey Arok! Can i come with you?!”.

“Sure, let’s make this an Adventure and maybe one day people will write stories about us!” So the newly formed go outside rushing after his mother and because they had never been on an adventure before until now.. only to be met by the blazing inferno of what once was his home.

They rush towards the blazing home only to be stopped by Joe. They see the mages run into the fray trying to put out the fire with the frosty magic, they were barely touching the blaze. Arok noticed that Evelyn was crying, so instead of asking her what’s wrong he pulled her into a tight hug, which gave Evelyn some comfort. From this day on, Arok & Evelyn swore that they would take revenge on the people who had burnt their town to a pile of ash and rubble.

Evelyn and Arok set off for the mountains where they hoped they would find some trained fighters to help them with their quest, but the journey they had ahead of them wasn’t going to be easy and they would learn things they never thought they would’ve. This journey will test their strength, wits and will make them doubt their every move, this is no ordinary journey this is destiny.

They continued their journey to the misty mountains where they entered ventured through dungeons deep and caverns old. This is where they encountered their first foe, A dark troll. They gently ventured forward keeping their footsteps dead quiet with the troll in mind. They continued through the cavern past the sleeping troll, they were met by an overwhelmingly powerful chill as they entered the former nightwatch dungeon. With a dark and eerie atmosphere they continued deeper until they found the torture chamber…

As they ventured deeper into the chamber the darker it became, as more and more of the chambers secrets were revealed the worse the smell became.
